Daily Connects' partner company is seeking experienced industry consultants who want to contribute to educating the future workforce in the electricity and energy sector. We are looking for lecturers and educational consultants for assignments within vocational higher education (YH) focusing on areas such as:

• Electrical power and installation
• Energy systems
• Energy efficiency
• Sustainable energy and environment
• Operation and maintenance of energy systems

About the assignment:
The teaching is aimed at students at the post-secondary level with a focus on the energy and installation industry. We are now looking for educational consultants for future assignments planned to start in late autumn 2026 or early 2027.
As an educational consultant, you will be responsible for planning and conducting teaching within your area of expertise. You will develop course materials, deliver lectures, and support students through guidance during the course. You will also maintain ongoing dialogue with educational providers and ensure that the teaching is conducted in accordance with the syllabus and the assignment's guidelines.

The assignment also includes:

• Planning course components
• Contact with students
• Grading and assessment of examinations
• Administration related to the course

Teaching can take place on-site, digitally, or in hybrid form depending on the education.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of work experience in the electricity or energy sector
• Has good professional knowledge in your area of expertise
• Has experience in teaching, lecturing, or mentoring
• Is pedagogical and accustomed to explaining complex subjects clearly

It is an advantage if you have your own company and can work as a subcontractor.

We collaborate with educational providers and organizations to deliver teaching, coaching, and mentoring at the post-secondary level. Our goal is to contribute to high-quality education and strengthen the connection between education and the labor market.
